Job Summary:

As a User Experience Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and motivations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research studies to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points.

- Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and other research methods to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Analyze research findings to generate actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to translate insights into effective design solutions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design deliverables to guide product development processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to user experience research and design.
- Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) in user experience research, particularly within the field of Anthropology.
- Strong knowledge and application of ethnographic research methodologies, including participant observation, interviews, and analysis.
- Proficiency in conducting user interviews, usability tests, and other qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret research findings and translate them into actionable insights.
- Advanced skills in creating user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design deliverables.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to present research findings and recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using research tools and software (e.g., user testing platforms, survey tools, data analysis tools).
